We used a combination of Mindfulness practices (sitting, walking, movement) and writing seminars and workshops, using exercises from a variety of texts. There was also time for individual writing and a group writing marathon. The evenings were spent in readings and sharing (and some wine drinking and music playing also). Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings at a Tibetan Kagyu retreat centre (Tara Rokpa Centre).
The next retreat will be held from 7-12 April, 2017.
